Not an official INEC platform

The APM Adamawa State Election Situation Room is operated by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) to collect and track results from its own accredited polling agents. It is not the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), and nothing on this site is an official declared election result.

How results reach this dashboard

  1. An APM polling agent attends an official polling unit and records the count from the source result sheet, uploading a photo or PDF of it.
  2. The submission enters the queue as Submitted.
  3. A supervisor compares the entered figures against the uploaded source document and marks the result Verified or Rejected (with a reason).
  4. Only an authorized administrator can mark a verified result Published, at which point it appears on this public dashboard.

Status labels

  • No report — no submission has been received yet for this polling unit. This does not mean zero votes; it means no data.
  • Submitted — a collector has submitted a result; it has not yet been reviewed.
  • Under review — a supervisor is actively comparing the submission to its source document.
  • Verified — a supervisor has confirmed the figures match the source document.
  • Rejected — a supervisor found a discrepancy; the collector must correct and resubmit.
  • Published — a verified result an administrator has approved for public display.

Coverage figures

Reporting and verified coverage percentages are always calculated against the total polling units currently loaded in the system, which may not yet represent the complete official INEC register. The current register status is shown on the dashboard whenever it is not yet fully validated and published. Coverage should be read as “of what has been loaded so far”, not “of all polling units in Adamawa State”, until the register status reads Published for use.

Vote totals

Candidate vote totals shown anywhere on this dashboard are computed only from results with status Published (which implies verified). Submitted or under-review figures are never included in a vote total, and the dashboard does not project or estimate an overall winner from partial data.

Data sources

Polling unit geography (state, LGA, ward, polling unit) is sourced from official INEC records where available. See the platform's admin data-import history for the source document and import date of the currently loaded register.

Something look wrong?

If a figure here doesn't match what you observed at a polling unit, or you think a data-entry error slipped through verification, tell us directly rather than assuming — every report is reviewed by a supervisor.
